Level 1-5

Steal from men and/or women. I suggest using the bar in seers village for this, as there are alot of men and women there.

Level 5-21

Steal from the bread stall in ardrougne. Take some armour and a weapon as the guards attack you now and then when you get caught stealing from the stall.

Level 21-99
